Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment is on the third floor of Dewa residence, has a large wrap around balcony and enjoys westerly views towards the amazing sunsets over the Andaman Sea and Nai Yang beach. The Apartment is accessed by lifts serving all floors, is furnished to the highest standards with understated Thai elegance. The apartment is fully air conditioned, with air conditioning units in each of the bedrooms and the lounge area, to ensure your comfort even in the sultriest Thai weather. The master bedroom has a large double bed, fitted wardrobes, TV and en-suite bathroom with bath, large shower cubicle and twin sinks. The second bedroom has twin beds, fitted wardrobes and a separate bathroom with shower and twin sinks. The lounge/dining area has a large sofa and an easy chair, TV (satellite channels included) and dining table and chairs for 4 people. The galley kitchen is well fitted out with fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, coffee maker, and a range of cutlery and crockery.
Utility costs are included in the apartment rental charges, but cleaning/maid services are not included. On arrival at Dewa, you will be asked to choose the level of cleaning/maid services that you prefer, and will be able to pay locally for your choice. All cleaning/maid service costs are very reasonable, but each guest has different preferences ? this method retains the most flexibility for guests. If guests choose to transfer from the airport to resort by taxi, this can also be arranged via Dewa, costs about ? 6 each way and is paid locally
